1) What services do you offer?

We provide residential and light commercial cleaning across Greater Boston and MetroWest. Core services include:

  • Recurring maintenance (weekly, biweekly, monthly)
  • Deep cleaning (detailed top-to-bottom reset)
  • Move-in / Move-out (empty homes/apartments)
  • Post-construction (fine dust removal, multi-pass)
  • One-time or seasonal cleanings
  • Office & common areas (restrooms, kitchens, floors)

Add-ons on request: inside ovens/fridges, inside cabinets (emptied), blinds/detailing, baseboard detailing, light fixtures. We can also offer upholstery & rug extraction where appropriate.

Not included by default: exterior windows beyond safe reach, paint removal, mold remediation, biohazards, pest waste, high-risk ladder work, and tasks requiring specialized trade licensing.

2) How do quotes and pricing work?

Quotes are free. You can send photos and a description, schedule a video walk-through, or request an on-site visit. We provide a transparent proposal with:

  • Defined scope (what’s included & suggested add-ons)
  • Fixed price for the scope (no surprise hourly spikes)
  • Frequency discounts for recurring plans

Pricing considers square footage, rooms/baths, soil level (maintenance vs deep), access/parking, add-ons, and frequency. We have a minimum visit charge to cover crew & travel. Addresses on the fringe of our service area may include a small travel fee (disclosed upfront).

Payments: we accept major cards and standard US methods; payment is due at completion for one-time jobs, and on the service day for recurring clients (unless otherwise agreed). Tips are appreciated but never required.

3) What’s included in a Standard vs. Deep Clean?

Standard (maintenance) clean focuses on high-touch areas to keep your home consistently fresh:

  • Kitchen surfaces & appliance exteriors, sink, microwave interior
  • Bathroom sinks, counters, toilets, tubs/showers (soap scum maintained)
  • Dusting reachable surfaces, mirrors, light spot-cleaning
  • Floors vacuumed and mopped

Deep clean adds detail work to reset the space:

  • Baseboards, door frames, switch plates, vents (reachable)
  • Detail dusting (high-touch & less-frequent areas)
  • Heavy soap-scum, grease, and build-up removal
  • Optional add-ons: inside oven/fridge, inside cabinets (emptied), blinds, interior windows

Move-in/out follows a deep-clean style in an empty, powered unit; post-construction often requires 2–3 passes due to settling dust.

4) Do you bring supplies and equipment?

Yes. We use professional-grade tools and solutions, including HEPA-filter vacuums and microfiber systems. If you prefer green, hypoallergenic, or unscented products, just tell us—we can use yours or bring suitable options.

Please notify us about any material sensitivities (e.g., natural stone, specialty finishes) so we select appropriate products.

5) What areas do you serve?

We primarily serve Middlesex, Norfolk, and Suffolk Counties, MA (Greater Boston & MetroWest). Use the Coverage Area map to check your ZIP/city or share your GPS. We may accept nearby addresses case-by-case with a disclosed travel fee.

6) Scheduling, access, rescheduling, and cancellations

We schedule by phone or email and provide a time window to account for Massachusetts traffic and weather. Common access options are door codes, lockboxes, concierge, or meeting you on site.

  • Rescheduling: based on availability; please give as much notice as possible.
  • Cancellations: appointments canceled within 24 hours may incur a fee due to the reserved crew time.
  • First visit: please tidy personal items and secure valuables/pets so we can focus on cleaning.
  • Winter plan: during storms, we coordinate safe access and timing (snow/parking rules in MA neighborhoods).
7) Safety, pets, allergies, insurance & guarantees

We are insured & bonded, and our team is background-checked and trained. For pets, we recommend a safe room so doors aren’t accidentally left open. We can work with hypoallergenic/unscented products upon request.

Breakage/Damage: if something happens, please contact us within 24–48 hours with photos; we’ll review and make it right per our policy.

Satisfaction guarantee: if an agreed-upon area was missed, notify us within 24–48 hours and we’ll return to address it.

8) Move-in/out & post-construction specifics

Move-in/out: works best when the home is empty and powered (lights, water, and a clear path). We detail kitchens/baths, fixtures, baseboards, inside cabinets/drawers (emptied), and appliance interiors if requested.

Post-construction: fine dust settles for days; we usually recommend 2–3 passes (initial removal, follow-up dusting, and final polish). Please ensure the site is debris-free and safe for our crew before we begin.
